蛋白质-多糖复合体系作为生物活性物质传递系统的壁材,有着人工合成聚合物或无机物等其他材料不可比拟的多重优势。本文就蛋白质和多糖之间的连接方式及蛋白质-多糖复合体系形成传递系统的多种形式进行了综述,以及对此领域的发展趋势进行了展望。结合蛋白质和多糖的结构特点,二者之间的链接方式分为非共价结合的物理共聚,和共价结合的美拉德偶联、化学交联、酶催化交联等方式,文中分别对各种连接方式的原理和机理,以及其影响因素做了深入阐述。以蛋白质-多糖复合体系为壁材对活性物质的传递形式大体上分成乳化系统、胶束、纳米凝胶、分子复合物以及壳核结构等系统。不同的活性物质的特征和传递需求,可针对性地选择合适结构的蛋白质和多糖种类以及二者的连接方式和传递系统的形式。并且,随着研究的逐步发展和推进,此领域的发展趋势朝着智能化和靶向性的方向进行。目前活性物质的蛋白质-多糖复合体系的传递系统,还依然面临着系统设计、评价和应用等多方面的挑战,这就要求我们在更全面更深入了解认识其对活性物质影响和功效的基础上,安全合理地设计和深入细致地评价活性成分的传递系统。  相似文献

High-efficiency semiconductor lasers and light-emitting diodes operating in the 3–5?μm mid-infrared (mid-IR) spectral range are currently of great demand for a wide variety of applications, in particular, gas sensing, noninvasive medical tests, IR spectroscopy etc. III-V compounds with a lattice constant of about 6.1?Å are traditionally used for this spectral range. The attractive idea to fabricate such emitters on GaAs substrates by using In(Ga,Al)As compounds is restricted by either the minimum operating wavelength of ~8?μm in case of pseudomorphic AlGaAs-based quantum cascade lasers or requires utilization of thick metamorphic InxAl1-xAs buffer layers (MBLs) playing a key role in reducing the density of threading dislocations (TDs) in an active region, which otherwise result in a strong decay of the quantum efficiency of such mid-IR emitters. In this review we present the results of careful investigations of employing the convex-graded InxAl1-xAs MBLs for fabrication by molecular beam epitaxy on GaAs (001) substrates of In(Ga,Al)As heterostructures with a combined type-II/type-I InSb/InAs/InGaAs quantum well (QW) for efficient mid-IR emitters (3–3.6?μm). The issues of strain relaxation, elastic stress balance, efficiency of radiative and non-radiative recombination at T?=?10–300?K are discussed in relation to molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth conditions and designs of the structures. A wide complex of techniques including in-situ reflection high-energy electron diffraction, atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning and transmission electron microscopies, X-ray diffractometry, reciprocal space mapping, selective area electron diffraction, as well as photoluminescence (PL) and Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy was used to study in detail structural and optical properties of the metamorphic QW structures. Optimization of the growth conditions (the substrate temperature, the As4/III ratio) and elastic strain profiles governed by variation of an inverse step in the In content profile between the MBL and the InAlAs virtual substrate results in decrease in the TD density (down to 3?×?107 cm?2), increase of the thickness of the low-TD-density near-surface MBL region to 250–300?nm, the extremely low surface roughness with the RMS value of 1.6–2.4?nm, measured by AFM, as well as rather high 3.5?μm-PL intensity at temperatures up to 300?K in such structures. The obtained results indicate that the metamorphic InSb/In(Ga,Al)As QW heterostructures of proper design, grown under the optimum MBE conditions, are very promising for fabricating the efficient mid-IR emitters on a GaAs platform.  相似文献

By 5-h reaction of cis-[RuIICl2(DMSO)4] (M2) with K102-P2W17O61] (M3) in ice-cooled, HCl-acidic aqueous solution, a water-soluble 1:2-type diamagnetic ruthenium(II) complex of formula K18[RuII(DMSO)2(P2W17O61)2]·35H2O (M1) was unexpectedly obtained as an analytically pure, homogeneous tan-colored solid, in which two DMSO ligands are coordinated to the ruthenium(II) atom. The cytotoxic potential of the complex was tested on C33A, DLD-1, and HepG-2 cancer cells and human normal embryonic lung fibroblasts cell MRC-5; the viability of the treated cells was evaluated by MTT assay. The mode of cell death was assessed by morphological study of DNA damage and apoptosis assays. Compound M1 induced cell death in a dose-dependent manner, and the mode of cell death was essentially apoptosis though necrosis was also noticed. Cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry indicated that M1 caused cell cycle arrest and accumulated cells in S phase.  相似文献

This paper introduces the hazards of VOCs and the common catalytic combustion catalysts, noble metal catalysts and non-noble metal catalysts, for the elimination of VOCs. Perovskite catalysts, as one of the non-noble catalysts, play an important role in the field of catalytic combustion in recent years. According to the classification of elements doping in perovskites, the research achievements in the past five years were analyzed and reviewed. Accurate structure and potential energy surface of germylene, GeH2, in its ground electronic state 1A1 were determined from ab initio calculations using the coupled-cluster approach in conjunction with the correlation-consistent basis sets up to sextuple-zeta quality. The Born-Oppenheimer equilibrium structural parameters for the 1A1 state are estimated to be re(GeH) = 1.5793 Å and e(HGeH) = 91.19. The term value Te for the lowest excited electronic state ã3B1 of GeH2 is predicted to be 9140 cm–1. The vibration-rotation energy levels for the 1A1 state of the 74GeH2, 74GeD2, 72GeH2, and 70GeH2 isotopologues were determined using a variational approach and compared with the experimental data. The role of the core-electron correlation, higher-order valence-electron correlation, scalar relativistic, spin-orbit, and adiabatic effects for prediction of the structure and vibration-rotation dynamics of the GeH2 molecule is discussed. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Aldehydes are important compounds in a large number of samples, especially food and beverages. In this work, for the first time, cyclohexane‐1,3‐dione (CHD) was used as a derivatizing reagent aiming aldehyde (formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, and valeraldehyde) analysis by MEKC‐DAD. The optimized separation of the derivates was performed using a voltage program (+20 kV, 0–15 min.; +23 kV, 15–17 min.) at a temperature of 26°C, and using as the running buffer a mixture containing 100 mmol/L of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 29 mmol/L of sodium tetraborate at pH 9.2, with maximum absorbance at 260 nm. CHD was compared with two other derivatizing agents: 3‐methyl‐2‐benzothiazolinone hydrazone and phenylhydrazine‐4‐sulfonic acid. The CHD‐aldehyde derivatives were also characterized by LC‐MS. The calibration curves for all aldehydes had r2 above 0.999 and LODs ranged from 0.01 to 0.7 mg/L. The optimized methodology was applied in sugar cane brandy (cachaça) samples successfully. CHD showed to be an alternative derivatization reagent due to its stability, aqueous solubility, high selectivity and sensitivity, reduced impurities, and simple preparation steps.  相似文献

吊装施工过程中被吊模块的水平度是作业要求的重要指标,通常需要增加配重调平。传统有限元方法需要补充约束以消除单元刚体位移,且需要重复计算平衡方程来求解调平载荷,效率不高。将模块的运动分解为随动坐标系的整体运动以及相对该坐标系的弹性变形,可将欠约束问题化为多体系统的静平衡问题。基于虚功率原理推导了吊装平顺时刻的节点力平衡方程以及相应的切线刚度矩阵,并将配重表示为基础配重与载荷系数相乘的形式。通过对节点力平衡方程求导,得到一组以载荷系数为自变量的微分方程,通过求解微分方程并结合水平度判据,可快速搜寻满足水平度要求的载荷系数。数值算例表明,该方法在解决偏心模块吊装欠约束问题方面具有明显的优势,在确定配重载荷方面具有较快的速度和合理的精度。  相似文献

鉴于纤维增强复合材料(Fiber Reinforced Polymer, FRP)已在混凝土结构加固中普遍应用, 能有效提高结构的承载和变形能力. 为揭示动载作用下FRP-混凝土界面的剥离机理, 本文基于ABAQUS平台, 采用内聚力模型模拟CFRP-混凝土界面层, 实现了快速荷载下CFRP-混凝土界面剥离的高效模拟. 结果表明: CFRP表面应变在加载过程中由加载端向自由端方向传递, 随着加载速率的提高, 界面承载能力也随之提高; 界面峰值剪应力也存在显著的应变率效应; 模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合, 说明了新方法的有效性.  相似文献

对输电塔进行合理简化可以提高塔线体系动力学仿真的效率。本文给出自立塔梁柱简化模型的计算方法,并提出利用梁柱简化模型计算方法建立自立塔塔线体系整体模型,同时采用桁梁混合模型建立精细化塔线体系整体模型,对两种模型塔线体系静力特性及振型和固有频率等动力特性进行对比分析。以脱冰工况为例,采用生死单元技术将施加在输电线节点上的集中质量单元杀死来模拟脱冰,实现对塔线体系动力学响应的有限元模拟,研究塔线体系简化模型在动态响应中的适用性。结果表明,两种模型弯曲变形误差小,低阶的振型相同,固有频率值误差小,动力特性基本相同;脱冰工况下,自立塔节点位移和塔材内力时程曲线一致,在提高计算效率的情况下,能有效保证计算精度。  相似文献
